Arranging an appointment
We will arrange a time to talk through your property and your goals, and explain how we would let and manage it. If it needs furnishing or styling, we will cover that too.
Step 3
Receiving your bookings
We can mobilise within days, or longer if interiors are involved. Once your property is set up, we make it available for bookings. From then on we manage the listings, guests, housekeeping and maintenance, and you receive regular financial reporting.
